BlackTV247 is the premier video programming network exclusively focused on content relating to Black culture. The network is unique in that it provides owners of Black related video programming with a built in community of viewers who are specifically looking for this programming.

BlackTV247 is free, offers a broad array of programming channels and includes some of the most popular Black programs. As a result, the network maximizes the opportunity for content owners to gain awareness for their video programs.

Content owners, whose programming is included in the BlackTV247 network, will be qualified for IMDb inclusion.

Ownership/Non-Exclusivity

As defined in BlackTV247's Content Partnership Agreement, programming content submitted to the network remains the sole property of its owner(s) and does not become the property of BlackTV247. Furthermore, BlackTV247 does not require that programming submissions be exclusive. As such, content owners who successfully submit programming to the network are not restricted from distributing their content through other outlets.

Submit Your Programming

BlackTV247 welcomes the submission of any video programming that a content owner would like considered for programming inclusion on the network. There is no cost for submitting video programming for consideration.

Notwithstanding, it should be noted that participation in the network’s content partner program is on an invitation only basis. Subsequently, the network will only broadcast programming content that in its complete discretion is deemed appropriate for BlackTV247.
